The third youth public relations forum NovoPRsk 2009 was held in Novosibirsk on April 4–5. This year, its headline topic was Social Communications Amid The Downturn.
Asya Pomeranets, directorof social and internal communications with Mikhailov & Partners, was invited as a special guest to conduct a master class on crisis-related reputation risks.
The workshop focused on procedures that PR officers and agencies can use to minimise reputation risks during the economic downturn. In addition, the participants discussed the development and prospects of the public relations industry, studied most recent successful and failed campaigns, and proposed improvements to existing crisis response strategies.
