Mikhailov & Partners. Strategic Communications Management has been named as a leader in financial communications, according to offerings.ru, independent research and information source on IPO & Private Placements in Russia. Mikhailov & Partners is ranked on the third position in Russia, based on the overall number and size of IPOs it supported during the first half of 2011, becoming the only independent Russian company to enter the rankings.
During the first half of 2011, Mikhailov & Partners provided communications counsel to the initial public offerings of Russian companies with total value about $1.1 billion: HMS Group, a major Russian engineering and machine-building company (IPO on the London Stock Exchange), and Nomos Bank, the first private Russian bank to conduct an international share offering (on the London Stock Exchange, RTS, and MICEX).
