Mikhailov & Partners Announces New Appointment
Nadezhda Drozdova, who was previously project team leader in the Corporate and Anti-crisis Communications Practice, has been appointed Director of the Corporate Communications Practice. Olga Weidner, who has led the Practice for the last three years, has left the company for family reasons.
In her new role, Nadezhda will be responsible for coordinating corporate reputation management projects, as well as developing the client portfolio in the B2C segment. Mikhailov & Partners’ Managing Director Alexey Ryabinin will oversee the development of the Corporate Communications Practice.
Nadezhda Drozdova has worked in public relations since 2002 and joined the Mikhailov & Partners team in 2009. During her time in the company she has delivered over 20 communications projects in various industries and been involved in communications support programmes for M&A deals, handled complex challenges in the field of crisis communications, and drawn up communications strategies for Russian and global brands including TransTeleCom, Russian Railways, Wintershall, Borjomi, MDM Bank and KONTI.
